CO-FOUNDER | PRESIDENT
Agnes is a beloved child of God who has dedicated her life giving back to the disabled community at large and believes all disabled children should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
Being disabled, she has had a number of difficulties in life but hasn’t let them define her or the pursuit of her vision. With determination and perseverance, she has achieved a Masters in Healthcare and Human Services Administration.
Agnes is married to Prince Cole and they have three daughters: Gifty, Moselyn and Rose. She is an active member at Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove, MN and is honored to be part of Disability Motivational Network.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
Jackson suffered a spinal cord injury when he was 16 years old yet went on to graduate with a bachelor’s in psychology at Concordia University of St Paul, Minnesota.
He enjoys making YouTube and TikTok videos where gets to share his passion in helping new wheelchair users get acclimated to their chair while sharing tips and possibilities for mobility and daily usage.
Jackson loves being active and plays basketball for the Rolling Timberwolves and softball for the Rolling Twins.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Wade Davis is a kind-hearted man who dedicated his life to making a difference in society by helping the underprivileged or the poor. He is a family man and very humble. Wade has spent 30 years in the Credit and Collection Industry.
He is the co-founder of Financial Recovery Service Inc. a leading service provider in the collection industry based in Edina, MN. He spends the majority of his time in a variety of operations management roles and heads up the training department for all 3 domestic locations and one location in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
He has a BA in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College. Wade is involved in a variety of charitable organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, 363 Days, and Habitat for Humanity along with other fundraising projects.

CO-FOUNDER | VICE PRESIDENT
Prince is a humbled servant of God and enjoys spending his time connecting and doing outreach with communities, businesses, and churches while forming deep relationships with people from all walks of life and vocations. Prince is an active and committed member at church of the Open Door in Maple Grove, MN.
Despite his own physical disability and the struggles he’s had in life, he is dedicated to giving back to the disabled communities in the world, especially those in third-world countries. His passion is to see every disabled child go after their dreams and make them a reality.
Prince is married to Agnes Cole and they have three daughters: Gifty, Moselyn and Rose. Prince is blessed and humbled to serve with Disability Motivational Network.

CONTENT CREATOR & WEBMASTER
Marcus holds a Bachelors in Digital Cinematography at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL.
He has over 10+ years of knowledge in the latest technological tools, coupled with a strong foundation in storytelling. He has been able to work with several companies and nonprofit foundations nationwide.
He has a heart to help God’s people and those in need. One beautiful Easter Sunday, he and his family had the pleasure of meeting Prince and Agnes at Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove MN.
Marcus is married to his best friend, Angela Ruffin, and they have three beautiful daughters.

LIAISON OFFICER
Laytee holds a Master of Business Administration at the University of Liberia. She has worked full time for the past 17 years at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Liberia as well as holding the position of Vice President of the Tubman United Methodist Church in Liberia.
She has led and participates in short–term outreach teams to China, Ghana, and Nigeria. Over the past seven years, Laytee has helped organize our trips to Liberia and back to Minnesota. Laytee is married to George Nebo and they have five children.

DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL INITIATIVE
Jim is retired from Distribution sales after 29 years with Voss Electric Supply. Jim primarily called on national retail accounts, with Target and Ashley Furniture as their largest customers. Jim has been a member at Open Door since January 1976, except for a few years at Maple Grove Free Church.
He has been a resident of Dayton since May 1991 and active at Open Door church and veteran organizations. Jim is very passionate about serving the poor and bringing hope to the underprivileged community.

GRANT WRITER | ADVOCACY DIRECTOR
Brenda has been working in the Medical Device industry since 2003 and currently at Edwards Lifesciences, where she leads a team who works on the systems used to conduct clinical trials.
She resides in Crystal with her husband and two adult sons. She has attended Church of the Open Door, in Maple Grove, MN, since 2001 and volunteers in a variety of capacities, her favorite is teaching 4th and 5th graders, God’s Big Story.
Her tenderness for those with special needs, stems back to early childhood growing up with a brother, uncle, and two cousins with Fragile X. In 2023 and 2024, she served as a caregiver at MN Camp for adults with disabilities and is enthusiastically aligned with the camp’s “Yes, you can” motto. She has an open heart and mind for God’s calling and believes in listening to other’s dreams and praying alongside them.Being disabled, she has had a number of difficulties in life but hasn’t let them define her or the pursuit of her vision. DIRECTOR OF MISSION OF HOPE FOR DISABLED MONROVIA, LIBERIA
Victor is the Director of Mission of Hope for Disabled in West Africa, Liberia; an orphanage founded by the late Sister Sponsa, a Catholic nun who started the mission for people with disabilities to have a home.
He is a survivor of polio and was one of the first children that Sister Sponsa took in to live in Mission of Hope for Disabled.
Victor is a pastor and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is married to his beautiful wife, Felicia, and father to their son as well as a number of foster children.
Victor's passion is sharing God’s word and inspiring others no matter their physical ability.
